Welcome to 5.MINS. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 5.MINS, operated by LAYL s.r.o.

LAYL s.r.o. provides customized and personalized gift products through its online store and physical location.

By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Products

Our products are made to order and may include personalization based on customer-provided photos, text, designs, or other specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images, texts, logos, and designs do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Orders

An order becomes accepted after payment is received and confirmed by 5.MINS. Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before submitting an order.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible for customized products.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on our website are valid at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns and Personalized Products

Personalized products are made specifically for each customer and cannot generally be cancelled or returned after production begins.

This includes engraved items, products with customer photos, custom designs, and products created according to customer specifications.

This limitation follows the exception for personalized goods under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved personalization, contact us with your order number, description, and photographs.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and product photographs belongs to LAYL s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected under applicable Czech and European Union laws.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Czech and European Union data protection laws, including GDPR.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5.MINS is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from misuse of our services or products. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Czech Republic while respecting EU consumer protection rights.
